Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Supply Chain Program Coordinator to directly manage Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Avionics By The Hour (ABTH), and consignment-related customer programs, as well as ensure the timely delivery of new equipment to designated OEM Linefit production facilities. This position is accountable for the end-to-end performance of each program, with a strong focus on customer on-time delivery and product availability. The Supply Chain Program Coordinator will manage inventory across various phases of the lifecycle, including production, finished goods, serviceable rotable pools, unserviceable repairs, and obsolescence, across multiple physical locations such as customer forward stocking locations, third-party logistics (3PL) facilities, Thales in-house stock, and repair work in progress (WIP). The assigned customer base includes OEM airplane and helicopter manufacturers, commercial airlines, and MRO companies.

In this position, you will also be responsible for the deployment and management of Thales’ logistics infrastructure and related customer order and stock management activities to provide world-class service to our customers. Excellent attention to detail is essential to ensure the timely flow of materials and information to customers, while ensuring all parties across the internal and external supply chain are aligned to the same plan. You will also proactively identify gaps in material availability or performance and take appropriate action to mitigate risk.
