About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate a range of enquiries while delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service.

Working in a technology-enabled environment, you'll use multiple systems and tools to manage customer interactions, resolve enquiries, and ensure every customer receives a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Assess customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, and referrals
Record customer interactions and case details accurately within CRM systems
Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve more complex enquiries
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

About You

We're looking for people who:

Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are comfortable using technology, multiple systems, and digital tools
Can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Are reliable, adaptable, and solution-focused
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
Have completed Year 12 (or equivalent)

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or contact centre environments will be highly regarded.

Working Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

Be based in Brisbane
Be available to work full-time
Hold unrestricted and ongoing Australian working rights
Be available to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends
Be available to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 8:00pm

Training & Hybrid Working

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're set up for success from day one.

Initial Training Program

6 weeks full-time paid training
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm
Office-based at our Brisbane CBD location

Ongoing Roster

Upon completion of training, you'll move onto a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Hybrid Working

Following successful completion of your probation period:

✅ 3 days working from home
✅ 2 days working from the office
