About the Program
The Tax Graduate Program – Technology Track offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers at the intersection of taxation, technology, data analytics, and process transformation.
Successful applicant will join the program in Summer 2027 and become part of a collaborative, fast-paced tax organization that is focused on driving efficiency, innovation, and digital enablement across multiple business entities.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about leveraging technology, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics to solve business challenges and optimize operational processes. Participant will gain exposure to tax operations, reporting processes, system improvements, and cross-functional projects while developing valuable technical and professional skills.

Strong collaboration across multiple functions is essential, as the role regularly partners with Tax, Finance, Information Technology, and other business teams.
As a Tax Graduate within the Technology Track, you will:
- Support tax operations across multiple U.S. entities through data-driven and technology-enabled processes.
- Drive efficiency improvements in high-volume compliance, reporting, and operational activities.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable business processes.
- Support digital transformation efforts through automation, AI adoption, and technology-driven solutions.
- Assist in developing sustainable and repeatable processes that reduce manual effort and operational risk.
- Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and IT teams to improve systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
Activities
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Analyze tax-related datasets to identify trends, anomalies, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance data validation, reporting accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis to support tax reporting and decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies across systems, reports, and business processes.
- Document and standardize key processes, controls, and technology workflows to support operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Tax, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system and data-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, standardization, and process optimization.
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and management insights to support business objectives.
- Participate in projects involving emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives within the tax function.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver accurate and timely data analysis, reporting, and operational support.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue-resolution activities.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and data-driven process improvement
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work with large datasets
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
