Key Responsibilities:
We are looking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Commerce (Magento) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, driving solution design discussions, and ensuring successful delivery of Adobe Commerce-based eCommerce initiatives.
The candidate should possess a deep understanding of eCommerce processes, Adobe Commerce capabilities, customer journeys, integrations, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthrough sessions.
- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Adobe Commerce capabilities.
- Work closely with UI/UX, development, QA, and integration teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Define and manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support sprint planning activities.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-fit Adobe Commerce solutions.
- Support integration requirements involving ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, OMS, PIM, and third-party applications.
- Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.
- Prepare business process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and scope changes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure solution compliance with eCommerce best practices and industry standards.
Functional Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within eCommerce programs.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) implementations and enhancements.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical Understanding:
- Good knowledge of Adobe Commerce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Knowledge of digital commerce ecosystems and headless commerce concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
Agile & Delivery:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in creating:

- Functional Specifications
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working on Adobe Commerce/Magento projects.
- Certifications in Adobe Commerce, Agile, Scrum, CBAP, or related disciplines are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner knowledge.
- Experience in omni-channel retail and B2B commerce implementations.
- Exposure to Headless Commerce, PWA Studio, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and digital transformation initiatives.
