The team
As part of the SRT Growth office, you will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and implementing existing and new initiatives, understanding our strengths, sensing competitor activities, coordination and driving workstreams pertaining to strategy of the function.
This role requires strong expertise in Business strategy and operations, secondary research, data analysis, branding & communication and team management to deliver actionable insights, monitor project performance, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your work profile
• Review services contracts, MSA’s, GMSA’s, Consortium/JV agreements, NDA’s, tender documents, etc. and identify legal and business risks; The resources should have a good understanding of the business.
• Draft and negotiate contract terms and conditions and advise business of contractual rights and obligations;
• Oversee legal implications of critical engagements;
• Assist in standardizing of engagement documents and contracts and in policy revision/ improvement;
• Lead negotiation responsibilities;
• Assist in quality and risk matters of internal compliances and policies;
• Keeping track of updates in the firms internal policies and replicating the changes suggested in standard templates;
• Develop various contractual formats such as MOU, JV / Consortium agreements, MSAs etc. as may be required;
• Suggest best practices and improvement areas continuously in standard agreements;
• Conducting training for SR&T engagement team members/new joinees in SR&T regarding contractual and compliance issues;
• Staying abreast of developments in the field of contracts such as latest court pronouncements, amendments to arbitration laws etc. especially in relation to those affecting SR&T
• Assist in preparing brief for opinion from lawyers on contractual issues as and when necessary;
• To work on any other project as may be assigned by the BRL/Manager.
Key skills required
In order to be considered for the role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of business modelling services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

- Bachelor of Law (LLB) with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Ability to articulate concepts to Senior Leadership.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong branding and analytical skills, good business understanding
- Advanced problem-solving skills to meet stakeholder needs using a blend of intuition and analysis, creating an ideal balance between strategic and operational focus.
- Expertise in gathering, analysing, and synthesizing secondary research data to support decision-making.
- Goal oriented with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks and interact with critical stakeholders.
