Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Growth Office team in initiatives relating to priority client accounts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives
- Assist with industry, market and client research to identify key trends, developments and business opportunities
- Support the preparation of business analyses, reports and presentations to facilitate strategic decision-making
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support the Firm’s growth strategies
- Support the review and improvement of existing business processes and procedures
- Support cross-functional strategic initiatives across the Firm
Requirements:
- Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Previous internship or work experience of at least six months in a relevant field would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business strategy and consulting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and present information in a clear and structured manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Basic understanding of business, industry trends and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, would be an advantage
