Specialist, Talent Business AdvisoryAre you passionate about doing things differently? At Deloitte, we have broken the norms and are implementing a new approach for Performance Management (PM). The PM team helps implement the process end to end for our business. As a Process Specialist-PM, you will work with the PM lead, internal stakeholders, other Talent representatives, and business leaders (BLs) for the seamless execution of the PM processes for the businesses.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Talent Business Advisory on the Performance Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business leaders and Business Advisors to implement and execute the performance management lifecycle for the assigned business group
- Executing end-to-end performance management activities, including check-ins, pulse surveys, performance snapshots, talent reviews, quarterly business reviews, and low performer processes
- Reviewing and analyzing performance management data to identify insights, trends, and concerns for stakeholder review
- Coaching team leaders and employees on performance management processes and collaborating with Talent teams to support delivery
- Troubleshooting process issues, applying standard materials, identifying process efficiencies, and sharing best practices across the team

Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in performance management and human resources or talent processes
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- Experience advising business leaders, Business Advisors, and stakeholders on performance management processes
- Experience executing performance management activities such as check-ins, pulse surveys, performance snapshots, talent reviews, quarterly business reviews, and low performer processes
- Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends using Microsoft Excel and presenting findings using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience implementing process improvements and resolving process issues in human resources or talent operations
- Experience handling confidential information in accordance with policy requirements
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
- Experience coaching team leaders or employees on performance management processes
- Experience supporting large or complex business groups
