Join Macquarie Asset Management's Client Solutions Group, in our Marketing and Communications team who are responsible for the design and implementation of Marketing (and where needed, Communications), and have a key focus on our digital platform, specifically website ownership. We see Marketing and a connected digital platform as a critical component to our success in raising capital and building brand engagement. As a key contributor to our digital marketing strategy, you will support the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of the digital marketing platform, with a primary focus on the Macquarie Asset Management website and its integration across the broader digital ecosystem. Working closely with Enterprise DSO leads and the Macquarie central team, your role will help deliver a scalable, data-driven digital experience that enhances brand awareness, client engagement and capital-raising outcomes, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, technology infrastructure and governance requirements.Partnering with distribution and investment teams, you will support the development of digital client journeys across key channels and execute targeted marketing programs for our alternative investment strategies. The role will also work closely with distribution leaders, digital agencies and data partners to identify engagement opportunities, accelerate platform capabilities, and deliver relevant content to investor audiences through compliant, data-led digital marketing initiatives.
What you offer
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications or related field, or relevant work experience is required.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing roles within asset management firms with good knowledge of the Asset Management Marketing landscap
- Hands-on experience with modern digital marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud or equivalent), including designing and implementing end-to-end client journeys. Preference for recent experience in AI platforms.
- Knowledge of alternatives investment capabilities: infrastructure, real assets, private credit and a wworking knowledge of Asset Management marketing regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with the Asset Management distribution landscape, including Institutional and Adviser networks, dealer groups, platform operators and their digital engagement models
- Comfort working with data and digital analytics tools (e.g. CRM, marketing automation platforms, web analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making
