Job Description

Visa is seeking a strategic, analytically minded leader to help shape the future of North America Marketing. As Manager, Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Planning, you will serve as a key thought partner to marketing leadership, helping define how marketing investments support Visa's long-term growth ambitions and 2030 Strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, planning, portfolio management, and business performance. You will maintain a holistic view of Visa's North America Marketing portfolio across Consumer, B2B, and Marketing Services, ensuring investments, initiatives, and resources are focused on the opportunities that drive the greatest business impact.

Success in this role requires the ability to connect strategy to execution, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and influence decision-making across senior stakeholders. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, assess portfolio performance, prioritize investments, and drive greater organizational impact.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Strategy, Planning & Operations and is based in Visa's San Francisco office.

Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $134,600.00 to $ 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
