What you will do
We are looking for a reliable team player to support our European accounting team. As part of the team, based in Letterkenny, you will be responsible for the ongoing processing of service invoices for our companies located in Europe. In the dynamic environment of our corporate group, we offer a secure position with flexible working hours and opportunities for training and development.
What you can expect
Independent review, coding, and posting of incoming invoices
Initiate and monitor the invoice approval process
Processing of payment transactions
Account reconciliation and clarification
Master data maintenance
Dunning process management
Travel expense claim audit
What you will bring
Successfully completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in accounts payable
Confident use of the MS Office suite
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and accuracy
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills
