Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Human Resources partners to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business priorities
- Strong expertise in learning program design, instructional design methodologies, and the development of scalable enterprise learning solutions
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse global audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex learning programs end-to-end, including planning, communication, logistics, vendor management, and delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience evaluating program effectiveness using feedback, business metrics, and impact measurement frameworks
- Experience leveraging digital learning technologies, adaptive learning approaches, and innovative learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications in Learning and Development, Coaching, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred
Responsibilities
Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise skills programs that build future-ready capabilities and support business growth.- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Human Resources partners to assess enterprise skill gaps and align learning programs with strategic business priorities
- Conduct learning needs assessments and translate requirements into measurable learning objectives, program outcomes, and scalable learning experiences
- Design and develop enterprise learning programs using blended learning, experiential learning, coaching, digital learning, and other modern instructional approaches
- Integrate innovative solutions including generative artificial intelligence, adaptive learning, and emerging technologies to enhance learner engagement and personalization
- Manage end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, facilitator preparation, participant communications, vendor coordination, logistics, budget management, and delivery
- Facilitate learning sessions and collaborate with talent development colleagues to ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-quality learning experiences
- Own program measurement activities from scoping through post-program evaluation, including baseline creation, skills assessments, feedback collection, business impact tracking, and stakeholder reporting
- Analyze results, communicate findings and recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and pilot innovative learning solutions that address future workforce skill needs
