As an Operations Advisor Senior within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint.

As a Senior Operations Advisor, this role leads critical Investor Reporting activities, ensuring accurate reporting and remittance of funds, oversight of complex transactions, and successful execution of strategic initiatives. The position strengthens operational integrity by proactively managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory and servicing requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes necessary to be successful in Investor Reporting:

• Minimum of six years of loan servicing experience, preferably within investor reporting; equivalent experience in complex financial operations will be considered
• Strong understanding of financial calculations, cash movement processes, and the ability to analyze and resolve reporting discrepancies
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven commitment to accuracy, quality, and operational excellence
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risk, escalate concerns when appropriate, and drive timely resolution
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration and communication across business partners and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support informed business decisions
• Demonstrated leadership by serving as a trusted advisor on complex reporting and reconciliation matters, mentoring peers, and advancing team objectives. Proactively monitors production workflows to identify risks, quality concerns, and operational inefficiencies, escalating issues when necessary and driving sustainable corrective actions to resolve systemic challenges, strengthen controls, and enhance overall operational performance.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $106,250.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
