Associate, Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hire Recruiting)
An Associate, Talent Acquisition supporting Experienced Hire recruiting delivers personalized candidate experiences through day-to-day recruitment activities to acquire top talent. They partner with the Specialist Leads and Recruiting Managers to provide input to inform the recruiting strategy based on local talent market needs, aligning experienced candidates to business practices.

Work you'll do
As an Associate on the Talent Acquisition team, you will:
- Execute recruiting strategies across designated businesses, offerings, and industry lines.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on open requisitions and support day-to-day recruiting activities.
- Manage recruiting events and hiring activities, including planning, advertising, and tracking
- Recruit for aligned requisitions by partnering with sourcers, coordinators, and recruiters to identify candidates through job postings, referrals, events, and direct sourcing.
- Communicate recruiting updates to Talent Acquisition stakeholders, support applicant inquiries within the applicant tracking system, and maintain candidate and referral information across recruiting systems.
- Recognize issues, escalate to Specialist Leads or Recruiting Managers as appropriate. Participate in special projects and process changes across Talent Acquisition teams.

The team
The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full lifecycle recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director/Leader recruiting.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or recruiting operations
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting in a professional services or large corporate environment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,200 to $110,200.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
