The Opportunity:

By joining the Purchasing teams, you will deep dive in Operations, whose métiers contribute to the growth of L'Oréal, from product development, sourcing, production to the distribution of all the Group's products. As an ally of the brands, Operations always develops and seeks the most agile, innovative, efficient and responsible solutions to meet the specific requirements and diversity of consumers.
More precisely, within our Indirect Purchasing – Marketing Services team, you will join L'Oréal's Global Media Sourcing team for a high-impact apprenticeship at the crossroads of Media, CMI and procurement. You will collaborate with teams across all regions and divisions, shaping how L'Oréal selects, measures, and empowers its creative and influencer agencies worldwide.
Your missions:
As a member of our Category Team Worldwide, your main responsibilities will include:
- To analyze media & CMI sourcing data
- To drive more compliance on our Media & CMI categories
- To evaluate agency performance and support global Business Reviews with top media & CMI partners
- To coordinate the Global Sourcing community
- To contribute to strategic projects with top agencies
- To assist with Media & CMI initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs and market coordination
Competencies developed:
- Develop advanced data analysis and agency performance evaluation skills
- Build media & CMI procurement expertise (agencies, scorecards, KPIs)
- Strengthen clear communication and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
- Master digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, MS Forms)
- Gain global project management and stakeholder coordination experience
- Gain sourcing process experience (RFI & RFP)
Nice to Have:
- To demonstrate strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- To show advanced data processing and analysis skills (Excel, Power BI)
- To be proactive and take initiative in a fast-paced, international environment
- To show curiosity and the ability to think outside the box
Your profile:
- You are a master’s student, taking a gap year, undertaking a final-year internship, and/or studying at a business or engineering school
- You have an aptitude for hands-on work and adapting to change. You know how to thrive in a challenging environment while communicating effectively
- You are dynamic, organized, and methodical
- You are proactive, a source of new ideas, and capable of working in a challenging environment
- Beyond technical skills, we are primarily looking for individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to challenge the status quo
