Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Operations: Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Standard & Compliance: Monitor on-site team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational standards.
- KPI Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, and turnover efficiency; identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements.
- Audit Support: Support internal and external audits to ensure strict compliance with Group quality and safety standards.
- Process Optimization: Develop and optimize B2C operational processes, and verify warehouse fulfillment capacity to align with store promotional plans.
- 3PL & Peak Campaign Management: Manage daily 3PL warehouse operations and capacity planning to ensure smooth execution during peak shopping events (e.g., 3.8, 618, Double 11).
- Inventory & Packaging Control: Oversee inventory and packaging materials management (receiving, storage, dispatch) and quality monitoring to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Cost Reconciliation: Handle warehouse-related cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reconciliation.
- Complaint & Root-Cause Analysis: Handle customer complaints, track issue resolution, and conduct root-cause analysis for ongoing operational enhancement.
- Reporting & Team Support: Support team building, foster staff development, and complete regular operational and performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–5 years of B2C e-commerce warehouse operations experience; background in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Systems: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP system logic is preferred.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in digital and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, AI tools) is preferred.
- Language: fluent in English
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, cooperation
