Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• You'll bring proven Identity & Access Management experience with a blend of advisory, architecture, and delivery capabilities across IAM, IGA, and PAM.
• Proven success leading large-scale IAM transformation programmes and bring strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
• Critically, you possess hands-on presales and RFP experience—the ability to shape solutions during the sales cycle, articulate value propositions, and translate client requirements into compelling technical proposals.
• Your background spans Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, and modern authentication platforms, with delivery experience across leading platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Access certification and recertification campaigns, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation, Microsoft Entra ID

What type of work will I be doing?

• Lead and architect large-scale IAM transformation programmes, defining strategy, roadmaps, and implementation approaches for complex enterprise environments
• Engage directly with clients during presales, RFP responses, and solutioning phases—translating business requirements into technical architectures and winning proposals
• Design and deliver Identity Governance & Administration solutions, including role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver processes, segregation of duties, and access certification campaigns
• Implement modern authentication solutions including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Federation, and Microsoft Entra ID governance
• Architect and deploy Privileged Access Management solutions using platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra PIM
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
• Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, business, and executive levels, ensuring alignment and driving adoption of IAM best practices
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovation and thought leadership to client engagements

Essential Certifications

• CISSP or CISM
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
• Certification in at least one leading IAM platform:

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / Identity Security Cloud
• Saviynt Certified IGA Professional
• Okta Certified Professional or Administrator

Desirable Certifications

• CyberArk certification (Defender, Sentry, or equivalent)
•  Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
• TOGAF
• CRISC
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
• ITIL Foundation
• Cloud security certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
