KEY SCOPE OF WORK
Panerai is seeking a highly enthusiastic and meticulous Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO). This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience by actively supporting daily marketing operations and administrative tasks. The intern will play a crucial part in the planning, implementation, and follow-up stages of key client and press activations, contributing directly to the brand's presence and success in the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Intern will provide comprehensive support to the marketing team across various functions, including:
Boutique Activations: Collaborate with respective departments in planning and execution of monthly in-store activities designed to enhance client experience and drive engagement.
Events Management: Contribute to the development of publicity materials, liaise with external agencies, and provide essential on-site support as a runner during local events. This role also offers the opportunity to conceptualize and propose creative event ideas aligned with Panerai's brand guidelines.
CRM Support: Provide support in client data analysis and CRM performance reporting to optimize engagement strategies and client relationship management.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the local movement and regional shipment of Visual Merchandising display materials and gifts, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
Communications & Social Media: Develop and curate compelling bi-monthly social media kits for retail partners and landlords, including crafting engaging copy and supporting content creation, to drive awareness for new product launches and brand initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly marketing and media reports, maintain annual activation calendars, and compile comprehensive post-event reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
Financial Administration: Generate necessary purchase orders, manage new vendor requests, collate quotations, and process invoices to support marketing activities efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in marketing team brainstorms and meetings, contributing fresh ideas and insights to strategic discussions.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Familiarity with content creation tools and major social media platforms.
Strong copywriting skills for marketing and social media content.
Personal Attributes:

Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a solution-driven mindset.

Passion for Luxury: A genuine interest in luxury watches or the luxury industry is a distinct advantage.
