The Manager, Global Strategy & Projects (Digital & Client) is a high-visibility role driving the global strategy across E-commerce, Omnichannel, and Client (CRM) functions. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, partnering with global leadership and regional market teams to future-proof our digital ecosystem and elevate the client experience.

...in Strategic Project Management & Governance
- Scope, plan, and drive global strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery within ambitious timelines using agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Establish robust project structures, define workstreams, manage deliverables, and monitor progress.
...in Strategy & Business Development
- Develop comprehensive business cases and strategic rationales to evaluate project feasibility and alignment with global business objectives.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, staying ahead of emerging digital trends as well as changing client behaviour.
...in Commercial Performance & Reporting
- Oversee and consolidate global E-commerce management reporting. Work closely with regional teams to track online sales targets, identify performance trends, and drive actionable commercial responses.
- Translate complex data points from various business streams into cohesive, high-impact updates that demonstrate commercial progress.
...in Executive Support & Communication
- Provide direct strategic and analytical support to the Chief Client & Digital Officer (CCDO) and the department's leadership team.
- Structure, build, and deliver compelling, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for steering committees, board meetings, and senior leadership reviews.
You’ll have…
…the following Education & Professional Experience:
- University degree from a leading business school or university.
- 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or a project-driven commercial/ecommerce function.
- Good understanding of E-commerce-specific tools and technologies.
- Experience in the fashion, apparel retail, luxury, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred (considered a strong plus).
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional, complex global projects.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills (essential for high-level executive presentations and financial/commercial modeling).
