A Day in the Life Reporting to the Order to Delivery Manager, you will manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts and lead initiatives to streamline our logistics processes.
- Order Management: Secure order lifecycles from receipt to shipment, resolving blocks.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent delivery roadblocks.
- Analytics: Leverage Excel, SAP, or PowerBI to optimize reports and support decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct root-cause analyses to boost delivery KPIs.
We Are Looking For An analytical self-starter with a growth mindset. You bring:
- Mastery of data analytics (Excel pivot tables, vlookups; SAP/PowerBI is a plus).
- Strong communication skills to synthesize issues for diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude ready for a fast-paced environment.
- A completed College Degree (Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred).
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role
