Job Title – Lead, Early Careers & Campus Integration
Function – Human Relations, Corporate
Work Location – L’Oréal India Head Office, Mumbai
Reporting to – Head, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
In this role, you will shape how young talent discovers, experiences and chooses L’Oréal as an employer. You will own the early careers agenda for India, bringing together talent strategy, campus partnerships, employer branding and talent development to build strong leadership pipelines for the future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the young talent strategy: Own the annual early careers hiring roadmap of our global and local talent programs across India's premier campuses.
- Create meaningful young talent journeys: Partner with India, zone and global teams to lead the complete integration, upskilling, and long-term development of young talent - from their first interaction with L’Oréal to their growth within the organization.
- Strengthen L’Oréal’s campus ecosystem: Lead and own the campus engagement and animations. Develop lasting partnerships with student clubs & communities, academic institutions and campus influencers. Identify new avenues to engage with young talent and strengthen L’Oréal’s Employer of Choice agenda.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:
6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, Talent Management, along with:
- Strong understanding of young talent and campus ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate across business, HR, Zone and Global teams
- Experience in talent sourcing, project management and employer branding
- A curious, data-informed approach to understanding talent trends, student behavior and the evolving campus landscape
- A genuine interest in connecting with young talent and creating experiences that make them want to be part of L’Oréal India
