Key Responsibilities
As an HRBP Retail NL intern, you will support the delivery of your assigned initiative through strong organisation, communication, and coordination. Your responsibilities may include:
Project Management & Coordination
Support planning, execution, and tracking of an HR project
Coordinate stakeholders, follow up on actions, and help maintain project timelines
Prepare project artefacts such as planning overviews, meeting summaries, and stakeholder maps
Assist in the organisation of meetings and workshops
Content Creation & Communication
Develop PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear and compelling story
Prepare communication materials for HR stakeholders and project updates
Break down complex information into simple, clear messages
Business-as-Usual (BAU) HRBP Support
Alongside your main project, you will contribute to the day-to-day activities of the Retail HRBP team, such as:
Preparing materials or insights for HRBP meetings
Supporting recurring HR cycles where needed (e.g. performance, talent, or engagement initiatives)
Assisting with stakeholder communication or coordination
Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve project workflows or communication
Bring fresh ideas to elevate clarity, structure, and stakeholder engagement

The following skills and experience will be needed to succeed in this role:
Strong PowerPoint skills
Organisational and coordination skills
A proactive, hands-on attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Clear communication and structured writing
A background in HR is helpful
