About the Function:    

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. 

With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.

It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.

Purpose of Role

The Transport Planning & Safety Lead will be responsible for driving safety agenda, efficiency, and compliant transport operations across inbound, outbound, and site logistics. This role ensures strict adherence to transport safety standards, optimizes transport planning processes, and coordinates with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, Service delivery and zero-harm objectives.

Responsibilities:

Experience / skills required: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or related field.

·       Professional certifications in Transport Safety/Logistics (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CILT) are an advantage.

·       5 years’ experience or equivalent in transport operations, planning, or safety (FMCG/3PL preferred).

·       Strong knowledge of transport safety standards, journey management, and incident investigations methodologies.

​​. Proficiency in TMS,WMS, route optimization, and MS Office.
