Context & Environment
The position is attached to the headquarters in Saint-Herblain (44). The role is primarily field-based and involves regular travel throughout the assigned territory. The working arrangement includes 1 to 2 days of remote working (home office) per week, while the remaining time is dedicated to client visits, prospecting activities, and commercial follow-up within the territory. Overnight stays may be required depending on the employee's place of residence and travel planning requirements.Activities
Business Development and Portfolio Management
- Develop and implement commercial actions required to acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate product and service pricing while optimizing business performance in line with company commercial policies and delegated authority levels.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth, including identifying upselling opportunities and enhancing customer retention.
- Conduct competitive market intelligence on energy and mobility service markets.
- Contribute to network expansion by identifying potential locations for future service stations.
Business Management and Coordination
- Manage commercial activities (meetings, opportunities, action plans) through Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ensure customer information remains up to date.
- Monitor payment terms by managing customer receivables and guarantees in coordination with headquarters teams and the regional customer account manager.
- Share information related to French operations with international subsidiaries, promoting collaboration and best-practice sharing.
Safety, Compliance and Operational Excellence
- Apply and ensure compliance with AS24's HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of service stations and promote a strong safety culture across the assigned territory
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3 equivalent) in Business, Sales, or Commercial Management, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally gained within a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
Dynamic and solution-oriented, demonstrating initiative, responsiveness, and proactivity.
Well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing priorities, analyzing situations, and making sound decisions in a fast-changing environment.
Curious and adaptable, with the ability to quickly embrace new products, market developments, and business transformation challenges.
Autonomous while maintaining a strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset focused on collective success.
Professional proficiency in English would be an advantage (Bright score 3.5), allowing you to thrive in an international environment and support your long-term career development within the Company.
