ResponsibilitiesMission: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of Foreign Dividend Income Payments, managing the end-to-end income distribution lifecycle, from reconciliation and event setup to client crediting and communication, while guaranteeing data integrity, regulatory compliance, effective custodian coordination, and high-quality client service.Tasks and responsibilities:Perform daily activities concerning Foreign Dividends Income Payments.Perform the reconciliation of the income payments between custodian and our internal resultsCollect Custodians information concerning Foreign Dividends Income PaymentsReconciliation of preliminary notifications & final confirmations (actual funds received)Process the events in CAD 2.0 system in order to inform the beneficial holders about the income details and credit the incomes in clients accountSupport Client's requests and complains, providing solutions and answersProfile requiredStudies & experience:Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fieldsAt least 1 year of experience in Securities Services or financial industryLanguage skills:Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contextsUpper-intermediate English (B2 level)Technical, operational & Soft skills:Preferable CAD 2.0 system knowledgeExcel: intermediate levelMicrosoft office suite: advanced levelEmpowerment and Accountability: Takes ownership of assigned activities and contributes proactively to team resultsManages assigned settlement activities independently and within agreed deadlinesTakes responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of own workProactively identifies issues and follows through until resolutionAbility to Handle Multiple Complex Tasks:Effectively manages multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environmentPrioritizes workload to ensure timely completion of settlement processesHandles multiple transactions and deadlines while maintaining accuracyAdjusts priorities effectively in response to operational changes or urgent requestsCooperation and Collective Mindset:Works collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsShares relevant information with team members and business partners in a timely mannerCooperates effectively with internal functions and external counterpartiesSupports colleagues in resolving operational issues and meeting team objectivesWhy join usSGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.
