Services Associate, Talent Processes and Business Support

As a Talent Business Solutions Analyst, you are responsible for providing support towards stabilizing the newly transitioned HRIS and further its seamless adoption across the Business. This individual will help the Talent Business Advisory Team in managing the Operations part of the delivery of Talent services.
Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Talent Business Advisory team, you will be responsible for:
- Process employee data transactions, corrections, and mass updates in HR systems and ticketing tools.
- Perform data audits, validations, and reconciliations to support data quality, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation to support consistent service delivery.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc HR reports and support data requests from the team, talent channels, and leadership.
- Coordinate with employee lifecycle, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management teams to resolve data, movement, and system support issues.
The team
The Talent Business Advisory team supports talent operations and employee data processes that enable consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle. The team partners with stakeholders across HR, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management to support data accuracy, process execution, and adoption of HR technology. This role helps strengthen operational stability, reporting, and process efficiency.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, data administration, or a similar support function
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data tracking, validation, and reporting
- Experience maintaining or updating employee data in HR systems, workflow tools, or case management platforms
- Experience creating, updating, or following standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Experience preparing reports or supporting data requests for business or HR stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience supporting HRIS testing, troubleshooting, or data migration activities
- Experience preparing headcount, attrition, or performance management reports
