Our Technology Consulting practice is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Test Manager with expertise in Financial & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) to help deliver this growth. It’s an opportunity to deliver high-quality, innovative technology solutions to a broad range of clients. Working with a fantastic team from diverse backgrounds, you will help clients solve complex technology and business challenges, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes that provide meaningful value and impact.

What will your typical day look like?

You will lead the Financial & Regulatory Reporting test stream across large transformation programs, shaping test strategy, plans and governance from end to end. That means coordinating testing activities across FRR and downstream reporting, managing dependencies, and making sure risks to quality are surfaced early and handled well.

Working closely with Finance, Risk, Regulatory, Business and Technology stakeholders, you'll drive execution, defect management, traceability and business sign-off. Your work will help clients deliver solutions that are fit for purpose, ready for release, and able to stand up to the complexity and scrutiny that comes with regulatory and financial reporting environments.

Across each engagement, you'll bring structure, judgement and momentum to the testing lifecycle while leading and developing teams around you. From using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps to applying modern testing, automation and AI-enabled approaches, you'll help lift delivery quality while contributing to the ongoing growth of our testing capability.
