What You'll Do
As Researcher, you will form an integral part of our Prague Knowledge Team, and you will conduct research on multi-industry topics to support proposals, client cases and business or internal development initiatives. You can work up to 20 hours/week (up to 80 hours a month). The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with case teams on research tasks and deliver original analysis and insights.
- Provide thought partnership and expert source know-how to case & topic/sector teams.
- Share topic/sector insights and points of view more broadly within the firm.
- Contribute to BCG's growing knowledge base.
- Partner with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge needs.
- Provide customised knowledge for client work, prepare accurate, well-developed documents and charts.
What You'll Bring
- You are enrolled at a college, ideally in the field of economy, finance, business administration or related.
- Native Czech or Slovak speaker with excellent English, other languages are a plus.
- Experience with Windows-based software (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Previous experience in programming (Python, R) or willingness to learn will be considered a strong asset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, resourcefulness.
- Making things happen in a high pace environment.
- Outgoing, people-focused personality.
- Work experience or internship in a corporate environment would be a plus!
