Job Description Summary

At Raymond James Investment Management, marketing plays a critical role in driving growth across our Intermediary and Institutional businesses. We are seeking an experienced Director, Campaign Strategy & Execution to lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support the firm's growth priorities.
This individual will serve as a player-coach, leading and developing a team of Campaign Managers while remaining actively involved in the firm's highest-priority marketing initiatives. The Director will be responsible for strengthening how campaigns are developed and brought to market, including campaign strategy, audience definition, planning, execution, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
The Director is an experienced marketing leader with deep expertise in integrated campaign strategy and execution, along with strong capabilities in marketing technology and people leadership. This role will work closely with Distribution, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and other business partners to develop campaigns that deepen client engagement, generate leads, support sales activity, build brand awareness, and contribute to business growth across financial advisors, intermediary platforms, and institutional investors.

Ability to:

• Lead, inspire, and develop marketing professionals while maintaining a hands-on role in campaign execution and strategy.

• Establish scalable campaign management processes and operational best practices across the organization.

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Data, Compliance, and Operations.

• Manage competing priorities and shifting business demands while maintaining focus on organizational objectives.

• Drive adoption of new technologies, AI capabilities, and innovative marketing practices.

• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Influence decision making and facilitate alignment among various stakeholder groups.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience, including significant experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Experience within asset management, wealth management, or financial services is strongly preferred.

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
