Financial Crime Compliance, Suspicious Activity Monitoring and Reporting – EMEA Risk and Advisory, Analyst, Warsaw

 

Global Compliance is dedicated to protecting the reputation of the firm and managing risk across all business areas. We work closely with each business, our professionals interpret and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and determine how the firm can appropriately pursue global market opportunities. We monitor regulatory trends and changes in all jurisdictions in which the firm does business, and we share information and collaborate with regulators to manage financial market risk.

 

Financial Crime Compliance

Financial Crime Compliance team (“FCC”) has primary responsibility for the execution of the firm’s enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, anti-bribery, and government sanctions compliance programs and, among other things, performs enhanced due diligence and government sanctions screening, as well as surveillance and investigations designed to identify potential terrorist financing, money laundering, bribery, market abuse, or other suspicious activity. Within FCC, Suspicious Activity Monitoring & Reporting (SAMR) is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and executing upon the firm's global suspicious activity monitoring and reporting program, including policies, procedures, and controls, across all business, legal entities, and jurisdictions in which the firm operates or does business.

 

Job Description

SAMR EMEA Risk and Advisory supports the development of policies, governance reporting, regulatory change initiatives, audit coordination, and process improvement activities. The role works closely with FCC leadership and key stakeholders to enhance governance frameworks, support regulatory compliance, and improve operational effectiveness.
