o Take ownership of assigned tasks or defined workstreams, managing day-to-day priorities, communicating progress and escalating risks or issues appropriately.

o Apply developing technical knowledge and sound judgement, seeking guidance where needed, to support the timely and effective completion of engagements.

o Contribute to high-quality delivery and client satisfaction, ensuring assigned work aligns with agreed objectives, scope and the firm’s commercial goals.

· Client & Stakeholder Management:

o Support effective stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally, by preparing materials, contributing to client discussions and following up on agreed actions.

o Build trusted working relationships with clients and colleagues across diverse industries, contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to create additional value.

o Develop a clear and professional communication style, tailoring messages for audiences at different levels of seniority and contributing confidently to meetings, presentations and written deliverables.
