Our clients are companies from small and medium enterprises to large multinational companies as well as financial institutions. The Equity Capital Markets department within UniCredit is looking for highly motivated interns to support the Munich based team in the origination and execution of transactions in the area of equity capital markets. As an essential part of our young and motivated team we offer interns a unique hands-on experience of the dynamics and challenges of investment banking.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct market and industry research
- Analysis of capital market trends
- Preparation of client presentations
- Active support in capital market transactions (e.g. IPOs, rights issues, convertible bonds)
- Creation of shareholder analysis
- Support in company valuations
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent academic achievements in Business-/, Engineering-/, Mathematics or Computer Sciences
- Proven interest in capital markets and investment banking
- Highly developed analytical and quantitative skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Interest and motivation to work in a highly dynamic work environment
- Ability to work and integrate in the team
- Fluency in English and German in speech and writing

During your internship, you will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 2,400 gross based on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage. This applies regardless of whether the internship is mandatory or voluntary.
