We're looking for a New Business Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our Westfield Rise team.

Why this role matters
At Westfield Rise, we help brands engage audiences through creative retail media, experiential activations, brand partnerships and data-led marketing solutions across Europe's most iconic destinations.As our New Business Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our commercial partnerships across the Nordic market, with a primary focus on Westfield Mall of Scandinavia and Westfield Täby Centrum. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with brands and agencies, and create innovative solutions that deliver value for clients whilst driving revenue growth for the business.
Based in our Stockholm office, you'll work closely with colleagues across Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands, collaborating with a highly entrepreneurial and ambitious team that is helping shape the future of retail media.
What you'll be getting involved in
No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time:
Driving new business development and supporting the delivery of commercial revenue targets across the Westfield Rise portfolio
Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with brands, media agencies and key industry contacts
Identifying emerging market trends and translating them into innovative partnership and activation opportunities
Creating and presenting compelling commercial solutions that deliver value for clients and engaging experiences for consumers
Working closely with Marketing, Centre Management and other internal stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities across our destinations
Collaborating with regional and European Westfield Rise colleagues to share best practice and develop new opportunities
Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through internal systems
Supporting business planning, forecasting and long-term growth initiatives
Ensuring commercial proposals and activations comply with all relevant health & safety, technical and operational requirements

You'll enjoy this role if you:
Have experience in Media, Out-of-Home (OOH), Brand Partnerships, Sponsorship, Experiential Marketing or a related commercial environment
Love building relationships and developing new business opportunities
Are commercially driven and motivated by achieving ambitious targets
Enjoy identifying creative solutions that deliver value for both clients and consumers
Can confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
It would be great if you also bring
Experience working within a media, advertising, creative or experiential agency environment
An established network across brands, agencies or media partners
Experience developing strategic sales proposals and commercial partnerships
Knowledge of retail media, experiential marketing or brand activations
Fluency in Swedish and English
