For our Private Clients Team covering South Africa we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Client Associate / Senior Client Associate.We have a cohesive and experienced team that has been working together harmoniously for an extended period. What would your role be?
Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry. Experience with the South African market a considerable advantage.
Experience with onboarding of complex structures.
Fluency in English and effective communication skills. German would be an added advantage.
A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
Good understanding of financial products and markets.
Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).
