The Role:
As a Real Estate & Insurance Specialist, you will support real estate and insurance activities across the WEZ countries, including contract and invoice processing, insurance claims, payments and cost management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, employees, suppliers, brokers and insurers, taking ownership of your responsibilities and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
What will you be doing:
Manage and maintain real estate and insurance-related contracts, records and documentation
Process real estate, insurance and related invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments
Handle and follow up on insurance claims, working with employees, brokers, insurers and relevant internal teams
Support insurance programmes, including gathering information for risk assessments and contract setup
Monitor insurance costs, premiums, claims and broker fees against budget and investigate variances
Support accurate accounting and reporting of real estate and insurance-related costs
Provide claim and cost statistics and identify opportunities to improve processes
Act as a key contact for real estate and insurance-related queries across the WEZ countries
Maintain process documentation and ensure activities are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and AB InBev policies
What you will bring:
1–2 years of relevant experience in insurance, claims handling or risk management
Experience in Real Estate, Accounts Payable, Finance or Customer Support is an advantage
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s or University degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Structured and systematic approach, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of financial concepts and transactions
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
SAP experience is an advantage
