Work you'll do
As a Senior Services Support Associate, Talent Process and Business Support on the ISU Business Recruiting Coordination (ISU BRC) team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate all phases of the interview process by working with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Support the experienced hire recruiting process, including candidate outreach, interview invitations, and availability confirmation in line with service level expectations.
- Plan and schedule in-person interviews, including calendar coordination, interview schedule creation, space booking, and candidate travel support.
- Update applicant tracking systems and trackers on a timely basis and generate ad hoc recruiting reports to monitor candidate status and process completion.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process and support recruiting events, expense reimbursement activities, and other administrative responsibilities assigned by the team lead.
The team
At Deloitte, our BRC team is part of the Talent Acquisition under Talent Operations group. It provides support to the lateral & campus hiring across all functions of the US offices and work hand in hand with our stakeholders in managing end-to-end activities for a candidate from interview to on-boarding.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience coordinating interview schedules across recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Avature, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Outlook
- Experience maintaining candidate data, trackers, and recruiting reports
- Experience handling confidential information in a professional setting
- Ability to work 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST based on business need
Preferred:
- Experience of 3-5 years in an interview coordination role
- Experience supporting experienced hire and campus hiring processes
- Experience working with large multinational organizations
- Experience coordinating high-volume interview days, recruiting events, candidate travel, or candidate expense reimbursement
