Job Description
The Designer, Design Services is responsible for creating engaging, innovative and brand-compliant designs that align with project objectives and the Firm’s global brand guidelines. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and Design Services colleagues across multiple locations, supporting projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret creative briefs and transform complex information into clear and engaging visual solutions.
- Use existing templates and create bespoke designs for materials including banners, brochures, reports, infographics, animations and digital content.
- Support video editing and other multimedia design requirements.
- Source brand-compliant photography and imagery, including photo manipulation.
- Manage design requests received through the Firm’s workflow system.
- Communicate with internal clients globally to clarify briefs, requirements and timelines, and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate with Design Services colleagues across multiple centres to deliver high-quality work on time and in line with brand guidelines.
- Review work regularly with the wider team.
- Contribute ideas and feedback for new templates, brand collateral and the continued development of global brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve Design Services processes and the quality of design outputs.
Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience working as a designer in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience within B2B professional services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience with digital formats and new media.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe XD is desirable but not essential.
- UX problem-solving skills and an understanding of UI design are desirable but not essential.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear visual layouts using infographics and typography.
- Ability to work within corporate brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for creative development.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams based across multiple offices.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and respond constructively to client feedback.
