What You'll Do
Our goal is to acquire the best people for BCG. You’re creative, well organized, and precise, in addition to being passionate about Talent Acquisition? If so, join the Group as a Talent Acquisition Working Student and help our team recruit exceptional candidates.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented current undergraduate student to join our team and support us in building an outstanding hiring experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment and employer branding engines running smoothly by managing candidate pipelines, assisting in event organization, and providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
What You'll Bring
- University degree in progress
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and spoken English (min. C1) and fluent Hungarian language skills
- Ideally, some prior professional experience in human resources, recruiting, marketing, employer branding, or administration
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week, ideally 30 hours/week
- Able to commit to a minimum 1-year contract, strongly preferred

Who You'll Work With
You’ll be a member of our interdisciplinary Talent Acquisition team, whose collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role and developing professionally. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
