Job Description Summary

The Treasury Management Sales and Strategy Manager (TMSS) will execute the Treasury Management Sales Strategy. The (TMSS) Manager is responsible for managing the specialty sales portfolio, individual sales officers/team and their performance. The (TMSS) oversees the Team’s sales strategy, including the hiring, training and supervision of the Treasury Management Sales team. The Team is responsible for developing new/enhanced business relationships with various clients nationally and within the Bank’s footprint. This position is also consultative selling role and is responsible for meeting individual and team annual sales goals. Responsibility includes strategizing to target and develop the deposit/treasury niches, developing and executing sales strategies to retain and fully penetrate new treasury management relationships. This position reports directly to the Treasury Management Manager.

$130,000.00-$275,000.00

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
