Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the Value-Added Services PMO, leading delivery within the Customer Journey portfolio. This role is responsible for driving complex enterprise application initiatives across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Lead Management, customer engagement solutions, AI-powered automation, integrations, data platforms, analytics, and sales technologies.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of technical expertise, project delivery leadership, enterprise systems knowledge, and stakeholder management skills. This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, architecture, data, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve customer experiences, business processes, and operational effectiveness.
Success in this role requires experience managing complex technology projects spanning enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, cloud technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and Agile software delivery teams within a global, matrixed environment.
Essential Functions:
Technical Project Leadership:
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex technology projects supporting the Customer Journey portfolio.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, automation solutions, AI capabilities, and customer-facing technologies.
- Drive end-to-end technology delivery from concept and architecture through development, testing, deployment, adoption, and operational transition.
Enterprise Applications & Technology Delivery:
- Lead projects supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CLM, CPQ, Lead Management, sales operations, customer engagement platforms, and related business applications.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define technical roadmaps, solution strategies, system dependencies, and implementation approaches.
- Oversee delivery across multiple technology workstreams including application development, integrations, APIs, data migration, reporting, automation, and infrastructure readiness.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security controls, privacy requirements, and data governance policies.
AI, Automation & Innovation:
- Lead implementation of AI-enabled capabilities, Copilot solutions, agentic workflows, automation platforms, and intelligent business process technologies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency, customer insights, productivity, and operational performance.
- Partner with technology teams to evaluate technical feasibility, integration requirements, scalability, and adoption strategies.
Project Governance & Delivery Management:
- Define and manage scope, schedules, releases, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.
- Establish project governance frameworks, executive reporting, delivery metrics, and implementation readiness plans.
- Coordinate complex cross-team releases while ensuring quality, supportability, operational readiness, and business continuity.
Stakeholder & Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, architects, data teams, security teams, operations teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Lead executive-level communications, technical decision forums, stakeholder alignment sessions, and delivery reviews.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR 2+ years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD), OR 0 years of experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Experience:
- 6+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise applications, digital transformation, or technology modernization projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- Understanding of enterprise application architecture, cloud technologies, system integrations, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable CRM platforms supporting sales, customer service, or customer engagement functions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Teams, or similar enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experience delivering projects involving APIs, middleware, data migration, master data management, reporting platforms, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, release management, testing strategies, QA coordination, environment management, and production support transitions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, Copilot solutions, agentic systems, machine learning-enabled workflows, and intelligent automation platforms.
Project & Leadership Experience:
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology projects involving engineering, architecture, product, security, and business teams.
- Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, resource planning, risk mitigation, and executive governance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in complex technical environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into executive-ready business messaging.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and drive alignment across competing priorities.
- Demonstrated success delivering results within fast-paced, global, matrixed organizations.
