If you’re interested in agriculture and agribusiness, this opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to a team that supports Canadian farms, producers, processors, and agribusinesses. You’ll strengthen your credit, financial analysis, and business acumen while gaining experience understanding clients’ operations, assessing risk, and supporting financing decisions across a diverse and evolving industry.

With Aspire, you’ll gain early exposure to Agriculture Banking by working on meaningful assignments and learning from experienced professionals. You’ll have opportunities to:

Support relationship teams with client research, financial analysis, and credit-related activities.

Help assess financing needs, risk considerations, and opportunities across a range of agricultural and agribusiness clients.

Build strong relationships and collaborate with partners across Agriculture Banking and the broader Bank.

Key requirements:

You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

You have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You have good presentation skills and consistently demonstrate professionalism

You have a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about Commercial Banking
