1. Business Execution & Sales Performance Management
Execute regional business strategies, business plans, and sales activation activities at assigned bank partners in alignment with BDD direction and company priorities
Translate regional priorities into clear branch-level action plans, sales activities, and execution routines
Organize and drive implementation of sales programs, including meetings, workshops, campaigns, customer events, training sessions, and other activation activities
Closely monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance, including APE, productivity, conversion, sales quality, and execution progress
Identify performance gaps and take timely actions to improve business results
Manage and improve sales discipline, compliance, and execution quality in all business activities
Ensure effective tracking, reporting, and feedback on business performance and activation outcomes
2. Frontline Activation & Productivity Improvement
Drive frontline activation and productivity uplift at branch/team level
Coach and support banca salesforce to improve sales skills, customer engagement, needs-based selling, and conversion effectiveness
Activate agreed sales enablers, including sales routines, product focus, customer approach models, and branch-level campaigns
Identify frontline capability gaps and implement targeted coaching/actions to improve productivity
Reinforce consistent execution of sales processes, customer engagement standards, and sales quality requirements
Support frontline teams in overcoming execution barriers and converting business opportunities into sales outcomes
3. Bank Partner Coordination & Execution Support
Work closely with bank branch managers, regional bank stakeholders, and frontline teams to ensure effective execution of agreed business activities
Build strong working relationships with bank stakeholders at execution level to support day-to-day business activation
Coach, influence, and mobilize bank stakeholders and frontline teams to improve business focus, sales discipline, and activation effectiveness
Coordinate and support bank partners in implementing campaigns, sales initiatives, and capability interventions
Ensure timely response and resolution of operational issues impacting business performance

4. Training & Capability Development
Delivery training, on-the-job coaching, and field coaching for banca salesforce in assigned bank partners
Support rollout of training programs, capability frameworks, and sales enablement initiatives defined by BDD/company
Reinforce product knowledge, sales standards, customer needs analysis, compliance requirements, and sales quality disciplines
Provide practical feedback from the field to improve training effectiveness and sales capability models
Support development of frontline capability to sustain productivity and business growth
5. Stakeholder Coordination & Operational Excellence
Coordinate with internal functions, including Operations, Product, Compliance, Training, Marketing, and Risk, to ensure smooth execution of business activities
Ensure all business activities are aligned with company policies, compliance standards, and risk management requirements
Escalate and follow up on key issues to ensure timely resolution
Maintain operational discipline, execution cadence, and quality reporting across assigned bank partners
Support BDD in implementing governance routines and business review mechanisms at field level
6. Others:
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager and Company Management

Accountable for execution effectiveness and KPI achievement at assigned bank partners
Responsible for delivering sales targets, frontline productivity, activation outcomes, and sales quality
Accountable translating regional business strategies and enablement priorities into measurable field execution results
Accountable for frontline performance improvement, coaching effectiveness, and execution discipline
Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with bank partners at branch/frontline execution level
Act as the key field driver connecting business plans, bank stakeholder activation, and sales outcomes on the ground
Job Requirements / Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Insurance, or related disciplines
Professional certificates or specialized training related to insurance/financial services, such as LOMA or equivalent, are an advantage
Knowledge and skill
Solid experience in banking and/or bancassurance environments
Good understanding of insurance and investment-related products
Strong knowledge of Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, and Sales Operations
Proven experience in sales execution, performance management, frontline activation, and field coaching
Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive activation with bank stakeholders and frontline sales teams
Strong execution mindset and ability to translate business plans into measurable sales outcomes
Good stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong coaching, training, and field activation capability
Good command of English and Vietnamese communication and presentation skills
