We’re looking for a Technology Delivery Manager with deep, hands-on experience delivering security projects. Someone who can drive high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives that keep our organisation resilient, compliant, and ahead of emerging threats. In this role, you’ll orchestrate delivery across multiple IT squads, ensuring that every solution, workflow, and milestone not only meets business and technology objectives but also strengthens our security posture end-to-end. You’ll embed Agile practices, apply Waterfall discipline where appropriate, and uphold governance, quality, and risk-management standards that support a truly security-first delivery model.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate risks early, driving secure-by-design outcomes across all initiatives, from identity and access management to threat detection platforms, vulnerability management solutions, compliance tooling, and broader security transformation programmes. You’ll ensure teams are resourced and aligned, business cases emphasise risk reduction and resilience, and delivery stays transparent, accountable, and outcome-focused. If you excel in complex environments, communicate with precision, and have a proven track record delivering impactful security projects, this role gives you the platform to make a visible and lasting difference.
