We're looking for a Business Transformation Consultant to support transformation and business improvement initiatives across GWM LatAm. In this role, you will collaborate with business and support functions to drive project execution, identify process optimization opportunities, and help ensure successful implementation of key initiatives across the region.
We're looking for someone like you to:
• support the planning, coordination and execution of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
• collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations and corporate functions to drive alignment and delivery
• monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies and action plans, ensuring timely execution
• identify opportunities for process simplification, operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• support the development of presentations, business cases, project updates and management reports
• facilitate discussions, workshops and working sessions with different stakeholders
• perform analysis to support decision-making and prioritization of initiatives
• contribute to governance and project tracking activities, ensuring transparency and accountability
• help implement change management and communication activities to support transformation efforts
• leverage digital tools and data insights to improve planning, execution and business outcomes

You'll be working under the GWM LatAm Chief Administrative Office structure and will partner with teams across Wealth Management, Operating Head and other support functions in the region.You will play an important role in helping the organization execute strategic priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and continuously improve how teams collaborate and deliver results.
Your skills and experience
• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field• 3-6 years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, project management, process improvement or related disciplines
• previous experience in management consulting, internal consulting or transformation projects is highly desirable
• experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• ability to organize information, prioritize deliverables and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with different levels of the organization
• experience preparing executive materials and project status updates
• familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
• knowledge of digital tools, automation and data-driven decision-making is a plus
• financial services experience is welcome, but not mandatory
• advanced English and Portuguese communication skills, both written and spoken
• availability to work on-site in São Paulo
