We're looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to:
• Take ownership of all administrative and operational support activities for the Financial Advisor team.
• support Financial Advisors in the day-to-day servicing of client relationships
• provide exceptional client service and act as a key point of contact for clients
• process and facilitate account openings, maintenance requests, transfers, and documentation
• proactively manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• coordinate client meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up activities
• ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and operational procedures
• contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the team

You'll be working with a high-performing Private Wealth Management team that works exclusively with technology founders.As a Senior Registered Client Associate, you'll play a leading role on all things admin related, supporting Financial Advisors and helping to drive a seamless client experience.
Your skills and experience
• Minimum 5 years of wealth management, brokerage, or financial services industry experience required• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) registrations required
• Proven experience supporting Financial Advisors and servicing client relationships
• Strong understanding of investment accounts, account maintenance, transfers, and operational processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
• High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:• United States - California - Los Angeles min USD 85000 - max USD 120000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
