JOB TITLE: Senior Client Delivery Administrator – Isle of Man

SALARY:  £28,776

LOCATION(S): Isle of Man

HOURS: Full-time, Permanent (35 hours)

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Client Delivery Administrator you’ll provide exceptional service to our clients based in the Isle of Man.

You will be responsible for managing a variety of client instructions, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.

You will work closely with colleagues working in our Branch and Telephone Banking Centres to ensure our clients receive an excellent service with every interaction.

This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to client services.
