Controller (Stores) Senior

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing warehouse receiving, issuing, storage and stocktaking activities.
- Ensuring stock availability, security and accurate stock control.
- Conducting Material Requirements Planning and monitoring stock levels, cycle counts and variances.
- Controlling purchase orders, delivery documentation and vendor performance.
- Maintaining accurate materials management records and compiling monthly and ad-hoc reports.
- Building effective relationships with internal customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, legislation and HSEC requirements.
About you:
- National Diploma (NQF6) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years’ warehouse experience, preferably in the mining industry.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and procurement.
- SAP and Coupa P2P experience.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of mining operations and mechanical/electrical materials.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport, with ability to perform standby duties.
