Position Overview

Job Title: Business Management & Automation Analyst - Apprentice, NCT

Location: Pune, India

About the programme:

This 12-month apprenticeship, under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, provides valuable on-the-job training; Please note, there is no obligation for permanent employment with Deutsche Bank Group upon completion of the Apprenticeship Training tenure.

Role Description

• Support resource headcount reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and provide actionable insights.
• Automate recurring reports and Excel-based processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and meaningful visualizations using Power BI and Excel.

Your key responsibilities

• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to deliver actionable business insights and improve decision-making.
• Assist in automating recurring processes and maintaining data-driven solutions using Excel, Power BI, and related technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Your skills and experience

• Strong knowledge of Python, preferably Pandas, Numpy
• Knowledge of advance excel, Power Query Power and Power BI.
• Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in automation, technology, and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

• Preferably Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related disciplines.
• Academic, internship, hackathon, or personal projects involving automation, data analytics, Python, Power BI, or Excel will be highly valued.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
