Experienced - Cyber StrategyWe are seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join the Cyber Strategy team at Deloitte in Milan/Rome, working in a Hybrid mode.
The Cyber Strategy business supports our clients in the Government and Public Sector identifying solutions and models aimed at improving overall cybersecurity maturity and posture, through services such Cyber Strategy & Governance, Cyber Assessment & Readiness, Cyber Risk Management and Cyber Culture.
We work in close contact with national regulars and public administrations across Europe and Middle East, supporting them in their journey to increased resilience.
Your Role
The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:
- Manage cybersecurity activities within wider projects, identifying, evaluating, and designing best in class cybersecurity solutions, demonstrating operational excellence, vision and strategic thinking;
- Execute complex project activities, coordinate part of the team while supporting your more senior colleagues in managing client relations and expectations;
- Face and solve customer challenges in innovative and effective way;
- Leverage on technology to provide innovation, operational excellence and new business models to customers;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business relations and create business opportunities.
What we offer
The annual gross compensation for the Consultant position ranges between EUR 33.000 and EUR 37.500, and for the Senior Consultant position ranges between EUR 39.000 and EUR 49.000.
The employment level will be defined during the selection process, based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector (CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi).
The specific compensation package – including any variable components (such as MBO) and additional benefits – will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
Winning Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a Strategic Consulting company;
- Solid expertise in Cyber Security Strategies, Cyber Security Assessment and Benchmarks;
- Fluent knowledge of English language;
- Passion and curiosity for the cybersecurity industry and technology trends, innovations and frameworks, as well as current IT/OT security technologies.
