Marketing Manager APAC

Do you want to shape the future of marketing across APAC, turning business priorities into high-impact campaigns, client experiences and measurable growth?This Marketing Manager role will be based in Singapore and embedded in the APAC, Middle East and Africa sales team. The candidate will be a high-impact partner to sales, translating business priorities into real-world marketing events and data-driven marketing programs that drive client acquisition, deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute directly to growth.
The role is a hands-on one that combines commercial strategy, client journey expertise, digital marketing execution, and performance analysis to maximize marketing's contribution to business growth across institutional, and intermediary client segments.
What would your role be?
- Partner with sales and client portfolio managers to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
- Understand and align with the strategy of the APACMEA sales organization, realizing it into a compelling, actionable marketing plan with clear target audiences, activities, timelines and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Translate global marketing and investment content into local context to support client acquisition and retention.
- Manage social media and digital presence for the region.
- Plan and execute client events and touch points.
- Build strong partnerships across sales, investments, marketing, content, communications, compliance and external agencies.
- Influence senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations and commercial insights.
- Represent the voice of the market by bringing client feedback, competitive intelligence and emerging opportunities into management discussions.
- Plan and deliver high-impact client events and conference participation, including brand merchandizing, to strengthen the firm’s profile, support priority themes and create relevant engagement opportunities for sales.
- Drive adoption of digital engagement programs and scalable growth initiatives.
- Use CRM, AI and analytics platforms to measure performance and optimize investment decisions.
- Take ownership and responsibility for marketing-related database management and turn data and client insights into actionable recommendations for sales teams.
What are we looking for?
- 5-10 years of experience in investment marketing, digital media, event management and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of investments, asset management or wealth management with industry marketing experience.
- Track record of turning investment insights into engaging, channel-specific content.
- Proficient working with CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics and performance measurement (M365, Salesforce, MC Cloud, Snowflake, Power BI).
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen with the ability to engage credibly with sales leadership on the back of strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with an ownership mind-set.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Fluent English and Mandarin; Traditional Chinese and other Asian languages is advantageous.
