Since 2021, we have been supporting the digital transformation of KBC Group providing software development, QA, AI and other IT solutions working on a wide range of projects combining classical IT with digital banking.
We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead our Group Reporting Services team. In this role, you will lead a team of around 20 professionals, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and ensure high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement and team growth.
As the key link between the business, management, and your team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team's strategy, developing talent, and strengthening collaboration with our stakeholders in Belgium.
As our Head of Operations, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 20 specialists.
- Fostering a high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Driving employee engagement, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Building trusted partnerships with stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact for our business partners in Belgium.
- Overseeing operational performance, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring service quality, efficiency, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Leading change initiatives and supporting operational transformation and innovation.
- Strengthen collaboration across departments, including HR, Finance, Risk, and ICT.
Key competencies, that will help you succeed:
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in reporting services, finance, accounting, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and data literacy.
- Proven track record in managing operational teams and delivering high-quality services.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for developing people, building teams, and driving continuous improvement.
